RESOLUTION OF THE CHAUTAUQUA UTILITY DISTRICT
WATER AND SEWER FEES AND CHARGES
RESOLVED, that on the 6th day of September, 2022, the Board of Commissioners of the Chautauqua Utility District, at a duly held meeting thereof, hereby amended the Rules and Regulations for water and sewer annual fees as follows:
Article VI: Section 6.6 of the Rules and Regulations - Water Service: “Effective as of January 1, 2023, the fee schedule for the annual water charges will be as follows:
¾” to 1” meter | = | $143.00 |
1 ½” meter | = | $284.00 |
2” meter | = | $427.00 |
3” meter | = | $568.00 |
4” meter | = | $710.00 |
6” meter | = | $4,255.00 |
Flat meter fees | = | $143.00 |
Hydrant fees | = | $489.00 |
Effective as of January 1, 2023, the usage charge will be $.62 per 100 gallons of water used, as measured by each respective user’s water meter. The customers outside the CUD will be charged 1.5 times the rate set for residents within CUD.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that effective as of January 1, 2023, the fee schedule for the annual sewer charges will be as follows:

1 ½” meter | = | $269.00 |
2” meter | = | $404.00 |
3” meter | = | $539.00 |
4” meter | = | $673.00 |
6” meter | = | $4,033.00 |
Effective as of January 1, 2023, the usage charge will be $.86 per 100 gallons of sewer used as measured by each respective user’s water meter. The customers outside the CUD will be charged 1.5 times the rate set for residents within CUD.
